Terms of Use: All embroidery designs on this site are copyrighted. Permission is given to stitch the designs on items for personal use and for sale, with the exception of mass produced items. No design or any part of them may be shared, traded, copied, resold, used in lessons without my consent, or transferred by any means.
You may add text to the design, but if the design has been altered, I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the original design. You are responsible for any changes to the original design and the results thereof. Even if your own text is added, the design may not be shared, traded, copied, resold, or transferred by any means.
My designs are carefully digitized to ensure quality. SharSations Embroidery will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using these designs.
Pricing: All prices on the website are quoted in US dollars.
Shipping: E-mail delivery is free. If embroidery designs are ordered on CD, they will be sent first class by USPS.
Payment: I accept e-checks, funds transfers, and credit cards through PayPal. Money orders and cashier's checks are accepted by mail. My address will be sent to remit payment if you choose to mail your payment.
Refunds: Due to the nature of my products, it is not feasible for me to offer refunds. I will however work with any problems you may have with my designs or trade them for another set.
